This week was long…surprsingly so as it wasn’t a travel week or anything. I guess perhaps it was the frazzling times at work. No matter, however, as again, it is the freakin weekend and I’m about to have me some fun.
Gosh, that makes it sound like I’m going out and getting my crunk on..isn’t that what the youngin’s say nowawadays? Crunk? My plans are a bit more low key. I’m going to see a concert with my dad and his friend and catching up with some friends over meals. I also need to get in one last hard run before I start my taper for Fargo. I can’t believe that one week from this moment I will be en route to that race. Eek! 
I will also be stretching and icing and generally trying to take care of my body and avoid high heels like the plague. Today is my last day of wearing anything that will make me just a smidge taller.
