This is what a survivor of first on ramp class of cross fit looks like!

We established our baseline tonight with the following WOD (workout of the day):

500 m rowing
40 air squats
30 sit-ups
20 push-ups (in my case assisted)
10 ring rows

My time to complete everything was 5:46. Was very wobbly after but it felt pretty great!

Starts in 45 mins! Eek!

Got the before and after’s up–but I haven’t had the chance to properly locate them on the blog as I am doing this via IPhone. Look for June 2012 if you want to see my before cross do photos.

Wish me luck–I am about to die!
