As mentioned in my last post on the blog, eating sorta go out of control in this last week and, well, the results speak for themselves. ; But…i will be down a good, healthy number by the time February rolls to a close–this I PROMISE you!
So…without further ado, here are the tales of the tape:
Weight: 173.6 (down 2lbs from four weeks ago)
Chest: 39″ (down 2 1/4″) ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; Thighs :23 1/2″ (down 1″)
Belly: 37″ (down 1 3/4″) ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; Calves: 15″ (down 1/2 “)
Hips: 39 1/2 (down 1/4″) ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; Biceps: ; 11″ (down 1/2″)
*Waist: 32 1/4″
I am also adding my waist as a measure because that is the one place that I noticed was smaller than earlier this month…so now there will be a tally starting for February.
Also, here is what these measurements look like early on a Sunday morning, in workout clothes from a fitter past life and without combing my hair:

February 5: 171.6
February 12: 170.0
February 19: 166.6
