so I did it…it wasn’t pretty, it was hard but I did it–10 miles. I slowed my pace and even stopped to walk for a minute and a half–two things that I would have considered a failure in my past life (for lack of a better phrase). I forgave my body for bring tired (didn’t sleep well) and sore but also pushed it as I knew it was capable. It felt great when I finished that last mile. I also followed it up with a green smoothie, some cool down yoga and some modern torture aka foam rolling.
