So the recipe goes like this:

2 parts hour long, unintentional, coma like, post dinner nap.
Several low carb days.
2 treadmill neighbours who reek of axe body spray and smoke
50 gym noobs who just seemed to be in the way.

All of this makes for a terrible workout. Even when I gave up on my run and tried to do other things, I was unsuccessful. My energy was low, I was dizzy and slightly headachey when I was running so I just decided to call it quits.

I am now relaxing at home, wrapping presents for my friend’s daughter’s sixth birthday party tomorrow night and looking forward to conquering that run tomorrow! 🙂
