Holy H-E-double hockey sticks am I wiped.

My run got me wired last night…and at 3 am I was still wide awake. Given that I get up at 6am, well, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that today is going to be a super long day. These are the times where I wish work naps were legislated into our work day.

Definitely gong to need a starbucks run. I might also take my lunch break today because I am not sure if I will make it without having the fresh air at lunch.

What are your strategies for dealing with massive sleep deprivation? Is it all caffiene and energy drinks? Deep breathing? Lunch time workouts? Toothpicks in your eyelids? I can use all the advice I can get!
