- Complete a triathlon of some distance (start with a sprint, maybe an olympic)
- Try rowing on a team
- Complete a hand stand push up
- Complete a 30 day yoga challenge
- Swim one mile, non stop (Completed June 5, 2013)
- Try/join a new team sport
- Do the splits, all three ways (again)
- Do a backwalkover (again)…maybe even a back handspring
- Do chin ups for the first time ever without assistance–goal is 5
- Learn to ice skate backwards and stop like the hockey players do, instead of using the boards to stop.
